Labor Day has officially said farewell to summer (and hopefully the hot temperatures!) and hello to the Holiday Season! Join the WEDC First Monday on October 4 and learn how to prepare delicious appetizers for your friends and family this holiday season. Walter Thames with Whats for Supper willing be presenting several appetizers including crudites with delicious cheese mixtures, mini crab cakes and shrimp with fresh remoulade that promise to dazzle our taste buds. He will also recommend wine pairings so we will definitely be the hit of the holiday parties and extremely knowledgeable hostesses.
The class will be held on Monday, October 4, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 3053 Leeman Ferry Road (next to Lynelles Cakes).
